Welcome to Logs. By downloading or using this app, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them — they're straightforward and written in plain language.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Logs, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What Logs Does

Logs is a personal time tracking app that lets you log activities throughout your day. Your logs are written directly to a Google Sheet that you own and authorize. Logs does not operate its own servers or database — all your data lives in your Google account.

3. Your Google Account & Data

By using Logs, you authorize the app to read and write to a Google Sheet in your Google Drive. You understand and agree that:

• Your data is stored in your own Google account, not on our servers;
• You are responsible for the security of your Google account;
• You can revoke the app's access at any time via your Google Account settings;
• Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use

Logs is intended for personal, non-commercial time tracking. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app;
• Use the app in any way that could damage or overload connected Google services.

5. No Warranty

Logs is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or function without interruption. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Google's services, including downtime or changes to the Google Sheets API.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of Logs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to your Google Sheet, or any disruption in service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Logs app, including its design, name, and code, is owned by its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple device for personal use only.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll let you know via an app update or notification. Continued use of Logs after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
